Parishioners at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church seek closeness with God through a prayerful commitment to the stewardship way of life. We believe all that we have, all that we are, is gifted from God. We pledge to pray, to participate in the life of the parish, and to give the first fruits of our financial resources. We carry out our promises with such faithfulness and love as missionary disciples that our church and school are fully alive!
The Stewardship Way of Life
We worship at Mass weekly and on Holy Days of Obligation, all the while spending daily time and effort on our relationship with God. We spend time in adoration, praise, thanksgiving and petition.
We put our faith into action, gratefully sharing our God-given talents to participate in the life and mission of the parish and to serve our community.
By giving the fruit fruits of our financial gifts, we make an immense positive impact on the spiritual aspect of our lives individually and as parishioners. This is also the means by which we maintain our Parish, School, and outreach programming.
Each fall, we ask parishioners to recommit to being missionary disciples who live the stewardship way of life during our Requesting Stewards for Vibrant Parish (RSVP) initiative. As we look forward to this time in November, we will take the opportunity to share information about stewardship here on our website. We will also share in our bulletins, on social media, at Mass, and through visual reminders around our church. We ask that parishioners prayerfully consider what we have shared when the time comes to RSVP for 2019.
Please check under Parish Headlines for more detailed information about the stewardship way of life.
