Walking with Purpose is excited to be able to offer three different Bible studies to women of the parish during the 2018-2019 academic year, both during daytime and evening hours:
• Monday 7:00 - 8:30 p.m.: “Opening Your Heart” and “Discovering Our Dignity”, in Allen Hall beginning September 9
• Thursday 9:15 - 10:45 a.m.*: “Opening Your Heart”, in Allen Hall beginning September 12…with childcare available!
• Thursday 1:30 – 3:00 p.m.: “Opening Your Heart” and “Discovering Our Dignity”, in Allen Hall beginning September 12
“Opening Your Heart” is a foundational course designed for all women, no matter their experience with Bible studies. Through the study, women who want to experience all God has for them with examine the core questions with which they wrestle.
“Discovering Our Dignity” is an advanced study. Through this study, women will receive modern-day advice from women in the Bible. This is a study for women who have been part of previous WWP studies.
The structure of all Walking with Purpose studies is small group discussion with monthly fellowship meetings.
The suggested donation fee to participate in a Walking with Purpose study will be $25, which covers half the cost of a study workbook (a $40 value) and a small portion of hospitality fees. For the Thursday morning study, childcare will be available for children who are at least one year old for a $20 suggested donation for the year.
