A Catholic bible study that aims to bring women to a deeper personal relationship with Jesus Christ by offering personal study and small group discussion, Walking with Purpose, links women’s everyday challenges with the solutions given to them through the teaching of Christ and the Church.
The current Walking with Purpose Bible study at St. Thomas is "Opening Your Heart: A Starting Point". Meetings are held on Thursday afternoons from 1:30 - 3:00 p.m. in Allen Hall. A copy of the syllabus can be downloaded here.
Beginning on Monday, February 12, 2018, Walking with Purpose will offer an evening Bible study for women called "Living through the Father's Love", which will be 6-7 weeks long. Meetings will be held on Mondays, from 7:00 - 8:30 p.m., in the Assembly Room. Registration for this Lenten study will open on January 12, 2018.
The Parish’s Walking with Purpose program will host an Advent Luncheon on Thursday, December 7, at 12:30 p.m. in Allen Hall. An affiliation with the current WWP Bible Study is not a pre-requisite for attending the Advent Luncheon – all women of the parish are invited and welcome!
